I believe that children adopt skills in his/her early age which will become his/her part of the identity and, ECE educators are responsible for that. When they become adults, they will represent our ideal society and nation. I will make a point to provide that quality of opportunities in which they will discover, imagine and have creativity and skills shows to the world. As an ECE educator, I must value their beliefs and ability to learn also, develop their strength and interests to lead their learning.

I will make sure to have the visual and auditory presentation and adequate resources for children at their ease with varying abilities. Varify equipment to support well-being with safe play.

Ensure that children have the opportunity to lead their creativity during play and support children's well-being, learning and development with adequate resources.
INCLUSIVE PRACTICE
Recognize diversity and make sure every individual gets equal opportunities to succeed. Will do modifications or adjustments so children and families can participate in the program and do not leave behind.
How children learn
Play is one of the main ways. In which they can feel their abilities and can build self-esteem to achieve goals. Through play, they can extend knowledge in effective ways.
